Derrick and Ann joined the team in April 2003 having completed the School of Ministry course at the Elim Bible College.
Prior to this they had worked for four years as part of the Elim Evangelistic Team, assisting at Missions in various parts of the country.
Derrick was formerly a police officer, and Ann a music teacher. They have two grown up children.
Derrick is now the Evangelistic Director for the Region
